Immobilization is the ability to put someone in a trance which renders them immobile. This ability is like Molecular Immobilization however it has nothing to do with the Molecules and the immobilized victim is aware that they cannot move.

People with any Molecular based ability are able to break free of the trance quicker than those who do not. Piper was also able to release; Prue, Phoebe and Paige due to the fact that she was able to move the molecules around them, pushing them forwards.
